All materials are printed on ECO friendly supplies wherever possible or requested. All our documentation is available electronically via email and we ask that you ‘keep it green and on the screen’ as part of our environmental management policy

Redbows Data Security

Redbows is a Data Protection Act registered company your details are stored securely. We can accept payments via BACS transfers, cheques or credit card (via telephone or one of our e-commerce websites. Our e-commerce facilities use the latest 256-bit SSL encryption which makes spending with us as secure as it is possible to be. We use Secure Trading as our online Merchant Account Service, who provide our the e-commerce websites with a secure payment gateway to process card transactions using a comprehensive suite of counter-fraud services available. We do not apply a credit card surcharge for any transaction, regardless of the type of card.

Redbows Mailing Lists

Occasionally we send our e-newsletters and e-shots to our client and contacts base with offers and promotions as well as general news. Our usage of your email address complies with our Data Policies and you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Marketing Client Orders

Redbows Marketing provides various marketing programs to suit our client needs and budgets. Project payments can be made on account (normally 30 days), pre or part paid dependent upon credit status and the work in hand. Please contact us if anything is unclear. Where materials are generated for a client, either electronically or in print form, clients are requested to complete a sign-off form after carefully checking the details, copy and content provided for proofing.

‘Pay as You Go’ Programs and Prices

All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery and VAT as per our sales terms and conditions. We do not bind clients to excessive contract terms and allow one month’s cancellation of agreed services.
